Historic home on two acres in the Village of Marvin. Five bedrooms, three baths, one powder room, total of 10 rooms, 4338 square feet, last remodeled and restored in 2010. Homesite dates to mid-1800s as the home of members of the Potts and McIlwayne families. The current home was built in the early 1900s and was remodeled in the 1950s, including the addition of four rooms. The 2010 project involved restoring, updating for modern conveniences and safety codes, and remodeling much of the structure, plus adding a new detached two car garage. The home has five fireplaces, all with gas access, including two with gas logs. Original mantles, the stair rail and craftsman hand carved newel post remain.
